Brain Games Studio is looking for experienced Business Development Executive (Email Marketing and LinkedIn) with 1 to 3 years of proven success in the industry (Gaming and IT Industry) to join our team on remote basis. It's a part-time opportunity with 3 to 4 hours availability on daily basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate leads and expand our customer base
- Develop and refine proposals tailored to the specific requirements of existing and prospective clients
- Coordinate and schedule business meetings with potential clients to discuss our services and offerings
- Strategically position and promote the company's services to align with client objectives and priorities
- Provide responsive and reliable support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
- Foster enduring partnerships with both new and established clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role within the Gaming or IT Services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency.
- Solid understanding of IT services, software development, game development, design, or digital marketing (depending on company focus).
- Ability to craft persuasive, concise, and customized proposals for clients.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills to build long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
