Business Development Executive – Persian-speaking / Iran Market

About Us
WeCopyTrade, a Canada-based fintech company, is expanding its Dubai office. Our WeMasterTrade project is a proprietary trading platform offering funded trader programs, trading education, and digital trading tools. We are looking for Persian-speaking Business Development Executives to drive growth in the Iranian market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients from the Iranian market
• Promote and sell WeMasterTrade funded trader programs and digital trading tools
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Achieve sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE
• Fluent in Persian (Farsi) and English (mandatory)
• Experience in forex or cryptocurrency markets in Iran is required
• 2+ years of sales or business development experience (or equivalent proven success)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the Iranian market, culture, and trading environment
