BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (PMC DIVISION)

THE OPPORTUNITY

N7 Real Estate is aggressively expanding its Property Management & Consultancy (PMC) division to capture market share in a sector growing at 12.3% annually. We're seeking a strategic Business Development Executive who can identify, pursue, and close high-value management contracts across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and qualify property management opportunities

Target property owners, developers, and investors

Build relationships with decision-makers

Generate qualified leads through networking

Prepare customized PMC proposals

Conduct property assessments and site visits

Develop pricing structures and service packages

Present proposals to C-level executives

Negotiate management agreements (1-5 year terms)

Meet/exceed company target requirements

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary: AED 7,000-10,000 monthly (based on experience)

Annual increments (5-15% based on performance)

Commission Structure:

Market competitive commission structure.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Essential Requirements: 3-4 years PMC/FM business development

Proven track record (minimum 5+ contracts closed)

UAE market knowledge and experience

Valid UAE driving license
