Business Development Executive – Prop Firm / Forex / Trading

WeCopy Fintech is a Canada-based fintech company specializing in copy trading, proprietary trading (prop firm) solutions, and forex brokerage services. Through our flagship project WeMasterTrade, we provide funded trader programs, advanced trading tools, and trader education to support global trading communities.

We are expanding our presence in the global trading markets and are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our Dubai team.

Role Overview

This is an onsite, Dubai-based role focused on driving growth for our WeMasterTrade project.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally within the forex, crypto, trading, or fintech space. A strong interest in digital marketing and social media growth is highly valued.

Candidates with an active social media presence are a plus. If not, the willingness to actively create content and collaborate with influencers, trading communities, and trading app ecosystems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development for prop firm (funded trading programs) as the core focus
• Promote copy trading solutions and forex brokerage services
• Identify and engage traders within forex, crypto, and trading communities
• Convert leads into active funded traders and support onboarding
• Build long-term relationships with trading clients and partners
• Educate clients on funded accounts, trading platforms, and product offerings
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across products
• Create and support digital content (short videos, reels, educational content, memes, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing teams for growth campaigns targeting trading audiences
• Work with YouTube influencers, trading communities, and trading app ecosystems to generate leads and brand awareness

Requirements

• Based in Dubai
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
• Strong background in business development / sales / client acquisition
• Knowledge or interest in forex, crypto, or prop trading industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Willingness to create content and engage on social media platforms
• Ability to collaborate with influencers and online trading communities
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive

Working Details

• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Location: Dubai (Onsite)
• Salary: AED 4000-5000 + performance-based incentives
