Business Development Executive – Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive – Real Estate to join our team in Bahria Town Lahore. The role involves building client relationships, generating business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and opportunities.
  • Present and promote company projects to prospective buyers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and performance reports.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or real estate will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-driven with a proactive approach to client engagement.

Work Schedule

  • Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Days: Monday to Thursday & Saturday to Sunday (Friday Off)
