Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with experience in the rent a car industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners
• Promote car rental services and fleet solutions to potential clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in business development (rent a car experience preferred)
• Strong network in UAE corporate or travel sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales and client acquisition
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fleet leasing or corporate car rental contracts
• Knowledge of UAE market trends in transport/logistics
• Multilingual (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
