Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 8:30 PM IST – 5:30 AM IST (Mon-Fri)

Experience: 1 to 3 years

About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic Business Development Executives to drive sales and build strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for hitting sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, emails, and social media.
  • Client Engagement: Present solutions to clients and tailor offerings to their needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
  • Sales Reporting: Track progress with detailed sales reports and updates.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and share client feedback to improve products/services.
