Role: We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years of B2B lead generation experience on platforms like LinkedIn, Cold emailing, Apollo, Upwork, etc.
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Basic Qualifications: We are looking for a motivated Lead with 3-5 years of experience in SaaS and Software Services sales having the following skill set:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or Software Services.
- Experience in building and managing sales pipelines from scratch
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and outbound sales strategies.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Experience using outreach tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, etc.
- Ability to write personalized and high-converting outreach messages.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, time management, and planning abilities.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented with a growth mindset.
- Strong understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), buyer personas, and sales funnels.
- Experience targeting international markets (US, UK, GCC) will be considered a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and define target markets and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Generate B2B leads via LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and other outbound channels.
- Build, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns.
- Create personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data.
- Book qualified discovery/demo meetings for the closing team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align messaging.
- Track KPIs such as response rate, booking rate, and pipeline value.
- Consistently meet monthly lead generation and meeting booking targets.
- Continuously test and improve outreach strategies.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities in SaaS and IT services markets.
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall sales strategy and growth.
