Job Brief :

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our sales department. As a Sales Executive you will be discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through phone, we’d like to meet you.

Selected candidates' day-to-day responsibilities include :

• Managing and coordinating with clients.
• Data handling using Excel sheets and our CRM platform.
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Developing leads for the business through hot-calling only.
• Communicating with our customers and helping them in basic financial concepts, comparing stock brokerage firms and helping them pick the one that suits their requirements best (Note: Training will be provided).

Requirements:

• Candidates should have good communication (spoken and written) with an ability to use data-driven insights to manage the clients better.
• Graduate in any field not only BBA or MBA.
• From or open to relocate to Bangalore.
• Fluent in English & Hindi.

NB : This job requires you to serve 3 months of probation period.

Annual CTC : 3.6 LPA + incentives depending upon the sales by the employee (All fixed)

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
