Job description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of our product portfolio, which includes Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Industrial Cleaning Machines, Industrial Racking, Batteries, and Aerial Work Platforms (AWP). The role involves generating new leads, building and maintaining relationships with industrial and commercial clients, identifying and qualifying business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to convert inquiries into successful and profitable orders.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities, ensuring that value arguments, objection handling and other key product-related attributes are managed in a best in class manner and generate higher win rates
- Formulate strategies to maximize our current hit ratio on new business
- Develop and nurture deep and strong relationships with client organizations, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- It is crucial to engage in daily sales visits to generate leads and inquiries, putting forth concerted efforts to enhance overall sales results.
- Monitors and reports on performance, customer satisfaction, market intelligence and competitors.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs broad range of sales and professional work activities, in a variety of contexts
- Support development of client and market facing knowledge based marketing tools and materials - handbooks, guides
- Conducting market research, business research, Database building & management, business opportunity analysis, Lead generation etc.
- Prepare overall marketing strategy together with partners, practice group leaders and senior business management
- Analyses market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
Job Requirement:
- The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in relevant field from any HEC recognized university.
- The candidate should've at least 1 to 2 years of B2B experience in Sales & Business Development. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are required for this post.
- Passion and perseverance to learn, willingness to adapt to changing situations, and ability to inspire with new concepts and imaginative ideas, combined with a keen eye for detail and a critical mind.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and someone who takes initiative
