Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive/Sales Engineer to join our team in the MHE's, Cleaning, and Racking Divisions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore/Karachi/Islamabad. The role requires managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and understanding client needs to propose tailored solutions. The Business Development Executive/Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with the technical and operations teams for seamless service delivery. Regular visits to clients and presenting technical product knowledge to potential customers are also part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the assigned divisions.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct frequent field visits to potential and existing clients to generate inquiries and sales.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Develop sales strategies and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Coordinate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company products.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales, preferably in MHE, Cleaning, or Racking solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications and applications of products in the respective division.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
