Business Development Executive (Sales – Real Estate)

Position Title: Business Development Executive (Sales)
Location: Head Office, Plot# No. 55-A, Sindh Muslim Cooperative Housing Society (SMCHS), Karachi, Pakistan | DANY CRAFT TOWER, V27F+MHP, Magazine Line, Preedy Quarters
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify opportunities, generate leads, and support client acquisition for our real estate sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong networking ability, and persistence to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Research and identify new business opportunities in the property market.
● Engage with prospective clients and present property solutions.
● Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
● Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
● Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve monthly targets.
● Represent the company at networking events and client meetings.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
● 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales/business development.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Target-driven with a proactive approach to client engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
