To strengthen our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the industrial equipment and compressor segment.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Generate leads through cold calls, visits, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with the technical and service teams to provide suitable solutions to customers.
- Meet monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and customer acquisition objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and reports in CRM tools.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events on behalf of the company.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in industrial sales, compressors, pumps, or engineering products preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
