Makkays Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive – SLA/Services Business to expand and manage service-based revenue streams. The role focuses on selling Service Level Agreements (SLAs), repair & maintenance services primarily related to UPS & AVR systems and batteries. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive long-term service contracts.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for UPS, AVR, batteries SLAs, repair & maintenance services.
Promote and sell annual and multi-year SLAs to corporate, industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets for services and contract-based business.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand service needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal technical/service teams.
Conduct market research to identify new sectors, customers, and service opportunities.
Maintain and grow key accounts by upselling and cross-selling service contracts and automation solutions.
Track competitor activities and market trends to support pricing and positioning strategies.
Coordinate with technical, service, and operations teams for smooth SLA execution and service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM or reporting tools.
Prepare periodic sales and business development reports for management review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
