Business Development Executive – Social Media Marketing & Paid Ads

Visible Winner, a growing Social Media Marketing Agency, is looking for a Business Development Executive who can bring and close international & local clients for paid advertising services.

🔹 This is NOT a generic bidding role.

We need someone who understands performance marketing, client qualification, and closing monthly retainers.

💼 What You’ll Sell

✔️ Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads – Primary Focus

✔️ Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)

✔️ LinkedIn, TikTok & X (Twitter) Ads

✔️ Lead Generation Campaigns

✔️ Paid + Organic Social Media Management

🎯 Your Role

•⁠ ⁠Acquire clients via Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, email outreach & outbound channels

•⁠ ⁠Write custom, high-converting proposals

•⁠ ⁠Qualify prospects on budget, KPIs (ROAS, CPL, leads, sales)

•⁠ ⁠Close monthly retainers

•⁠ ⁠Build long-term client relationships

•⁠ ⁠Meet & exceed monthly revenue targets

✅ Requirements

•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of BD experience in Social Media Marketing / Paid Ads agencies

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Meta Ads & performance marketing

•⁠ ⁠Excellent English communication

•⁠ ⁠Experience with international clients

•⁠ ⁠Target-driven, accountable & self-motivated

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with international working hours

💰 Compensation

•⁠ ⁠Fixed monthly salary (experience-based)

•⁠ ⁠10% commission on first-month retainer

•⁠ ⁠5% recurring commission every month

•⁠ ⁠Performance bonuses

•⁠ ⁠No earning cap

🕒 Work Details

📍 Location: Mustafa Town, Lahore (On-site)

🕒 Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (PKT)

📅 Schedule: 6 days/week
