Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and client acquisition for our website design and development services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to generate leads, convert clients, and achieve sales targets in the IT and digital solutions sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients in target industries and markets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Sales & Client Acquisition
- Pitch website design, development, and digital solutions to SMEs, startups, and enterprises.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual/onsite), demos, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Marketing & Networking
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to expand client base.
- Contribute to brand positioning in the IT & digital services space.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design/development teams for project execution.
- Act as the key point of contact for queries, feedback, and escalations.
- Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to suggest improvements.
- Work with senior management to align sales strategies with company growth goals.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience in sales or business development in IT / web solutions / digital services.
- Strong understanding of website design, development technologies, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development (in software industry).
- Knowledge of web development processes and digital tools will be a strong advantage.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Any Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience working with B2B market & Software Product/ Service company is a plus
