Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Executive to expand our Staffing and Compliance vertical. The primary objective of this role is to identify companies requiring manpower solutions and promote our staffing services supported by experienced PF/ESI professionals, ensuring 100% statutory compliance and risk mitigation for clients.
The ideal candidate will play a consultative sales role, positioning our organization as a trusted staffing partner with strong compliance expertise.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach companies in Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, and other growing sectors requiring Contractual or Permanent Staffing.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, referrals, and industry networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
2. Consultative Sales & Client Meetings
- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR Heads, CFOs, and decision-makers.
- Present staffing solutions with a strong focus on statutory risk mitigation backed by expertise in Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 compliance.
- Position the company as a reliable partner offering legally compliant workforce solutions.
3. Contract Negotiation & Proposal Management
- Prepare customized proposals and draft Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Follow up consistently to close deals within defined timelines.
4. Client Onboarding & Handover
- Conduct site visits to understand client work culture, operational structure, and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for seamless onboarding and deployment of candidates.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales closure to service delivery.
5. Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales stages in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, revenue projections, and target achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Staffing, HR Services, or Compliance-related industries.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of EPF, ESIC, and Labour Laws to act as a credible consultant during client discussions.
- Proven ability to manage the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with professional “visitor etiquette” for physical client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
- Target-driven mindset and willingness to travel extensively for client acquisition.

- New Client Sign-ups: Number of new companies onboarded monthly.
- Billing Value: Revenue generated from first-month placements.
- Client Retention Rate: Percentage of clients renewing staffing contracts.
- Pipeline Accuracy: Quality and consistency of CRM updates and sales forecasting.
