Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in STP/ETP/WTP/RO segments.
- Visit industrial clients, consultants, builders, govt. departments, and contractors.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry, site visit, proposal submission to closure.
- Coordinate with the proposal/engineering team for technical offers and BOQs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights.
- Follow up on tenders, quotations, and payment collection.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and meetings.
Required Skills
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of STP, ETP, WTP, RO, Softener, DM, ZLD systems.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Strong negotiation & client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering (preferred).
- MBA / BBA in Marketing or equivalent (added advantage).
- Candidates with water-treatment industry experience preferred but freshers with knowledge may also apply.
Experience
- 2–5 years (Freshers with strong technical understanding can be considered).
Salary
- As per industry standards + Incentives.
