Job Title: Business Development Executive (Team Lead)

Salary: 25,000 40,000 per month

Location:Belapur - In-person (Full-time)

Experience: 3+ years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead who is great at sales. You will be responsible for finding new clients, meeting them in person (on-field), and closing deals. Along with hitting your own targets, you will guide and help your team to ensure everyone succeeds.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Closing: Travel to meet potential clients, give presentations, and close business deals face-to-face.

Lead Generation: Find new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Team Support: Help your team members handle difficult calls, clear their doubts, and assist them in closing their own deals.

Reporting: Keep track of daily sales activities and give weekly updates to the management.

Marketing Coordination: Work with the office team to create better brochures or ads based on what customers are asking for on the field.

Client Meetings: Be the main point of contact for clients, explaining our services clearly and professionally.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in sales (Experience in Real Estate or RERA is a plus).

Skills: Strong communication and "people skills."
