Business Development Executive – Truck Dispatch

About the Role

On Demand Enterprises is seeking ambitious and results-driven individuals to join our growing Truck Dispatch Sales Team. This role focuses on connecting with truck owner-operators and small trucking companies across the United States and introducing them to our professional dispatch services.

Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to start your career in a fast-paced industry, we provide the training, tools, and support needed for success.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to owner-operators and trucking companies across the U.S.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Explain the benefits of our dispatch services and pricing plans.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain follow-up communication.
• Convert qualified prospects into active dispatch clients.
• Maintain accurate lead records and activity updates.
• Coordinate with the operations team during onboarding.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence in speaking with international clients.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or call centers is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
