We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive (Upwork) with prior experience to help us win quality projects on Upwork. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, negotiating with clients, and closing deals that align with our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
  • Write customized, persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Engage with clients to answer queries and negotiate terms.
  • Close deals and coordinate smooth project handovers.
  • Maintain records of bids, communications, and outcomes.

Shift Time: Evening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
