Job Overview

We are hiring an enthusiastic and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our Business Development team. This onsite role is ideal for someone who understands AI services, can engage clients effectively, and can submit compelling proposals related to AI development, machine learning, automation, chatbots, and LLM-based solutions. The ideal candidate should be proactive and able to help strengthen our presence on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively search and bid on AI-related projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Write tailored, high-quality proposals and cover letters based on client requirements.
• Basic Understanding of AI services, including:
• Custom AI/ML model development
• LLM-based applications (ChatGPT, fine-tuning, AI agents)
• Computer vision
• AI automation & workflow optimization
• Data analysis & predictive modeling
• Communicate professionally with potential clients to clarify needs and present solutions.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with clients when required.
• Maintain detailed records of bids, responses, conversions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the AI development team to ensure project feasibility, timelines, and accurate proposal breakdowns.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Upwork bidding, preferably in the AI/tech category.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, automation tools, and IT services.
• Ability to analyze project requirements and craft winning proposals.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and target-orientation.
• Must be punctual, organized, and disciplined with time management.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
