We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive - Upwork Bidder (In-Person Role)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Shift Timing: 6PM to 2AM

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000/month

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying relevant job postings on Upwork.com, crafting persuasive proposals, and submitting tailored applications to connect potential clients with our services.

Your goal will be to write compelling cover letters that highlight our strengths, encouraging clients to hire us for their projects. This position does not involve direct communication with clients but requires strong English writing skills and a clear understanding of our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
-Job Search and Analysis: Proactively search for and identify relevant job postings on Upwork that align with our service offerings.
-Proposal Writing: Write concise, persuasive, and tailored cover letters that showcase our expertise and value, with a human touch rather than a robotic or AI-generated tone.
-Daily Proposal Targets: Meet daily and weekly targets for the number of proposals sent to maximize our visibility and opportunities on Upwork.
-Use of AI Tools: Utilize AI tools for assistance in drafting cover letters, ensuring the final proposals are humanized and aligned with our voice.
-Service Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of our services and offerings, incorporating relevant information to make proposals more appealing and credible.

Qualifications:
-Strong command of written English and ability to write in clear, simple, and engaging language.
-Previous experience with Upwork or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
-Detail-oriented, able to accurately assess job postings and align proposals with client requirements.
-Familiarity with AI writing tools is a plus, with the ability to refine AI-generated content to make it human-centric.
-Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily proposal submission targets.
