Finixtle is seeking a highly creative and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in online bidding, particularly on platforms like Upwork, and a proven ability to secure projects and build client relationships.

Role Overview

Are you skilled at navigating online marketplaces such as Upwork? We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Upwork Bidders. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new projects, exceeding sales targets, and contributing to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling and customized bids/proposals on platforms like Upwork
  • Identify potential leads and actively engage with clients
  • Negotiate effectively to close deals
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain consistent activity on online bidding platforms

Requirements

  • Proven experience with online bidding platforms (especially Upwork)
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results

Job Details

  • Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
  • Location: Block 12, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi
