We’re Hiring: Bidding Specialist

Are you a go-getter with a knack for securing projects on platforms like Upwork and Fiver? We're looking for a dedicated Bidding Specialist to join our team and help us win projects that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork , fiver and Freelancer.
• Craft tailored, compelling proposals that resonate with clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Have strong experience in creating leads through Linkedln
• Negotiate terms and ensure seamless communication.
• Meet or exceed monthly project acquisition targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written communication and proposal writing skills.
• Strong understanding of project scopes, cost estimation, and client needs.
• Background in IT and development is a plus.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
