Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company profiles on Upwork & Fiverr
  • Identify, pitch, and acquire international clients (UK & UAE focus)
  • Write high-quality proposals, bids, and custom offers
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and close deals
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal technical and creative teams for project delivery
  • Maintain CRM records and track leads, conversions, and revenue
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
  • Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience working on Upwork & Fiverr
  • Strong understanding of UK & UAE client markets
  • Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close international projects
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
