Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company profiles on Upwork & Fiverr
- Identify, pitch, and acquire international clients (UK & UAE focus)
- Write high-quality proposals, bids, and custom offers
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and close deals
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal technical and creative teams for project delivery
- Maintain CRM records and track leads, conversions, and revenue
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of proven experience working on Upwork & Fiverr
- Strong understanding of UK & UAE client markets
- Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close international projects
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
