Business Development Executive (Upwork Specialist)

We’re a growing digital agency seeking an intermediate Upwork Bidder with at least 1 year of experience in freelance bidding. This role starts as Target-Based + Commission, with the potential for a fixed monthly package based on performance.

Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT)
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Write customized and compelling proposals on Upwork.
• Identify relevant jobs and bid consistently.
• Manage client communication until deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand services.
• Report regularly on bidding progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience as an Upwork Bidder.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and confident in client handling.
• Basic understanding of web development, design, SEO, etc.
• Willing to start on a commission basis.

Bonus:
