Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in bidding on Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through the Upwork platform by identifying relevant projects, writing compelling proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search for relevant projects on Upwork based on company services
- Write customized, high-quality proposals to clients
- Communicate with clients effectively to understand requirements
- Negotiate project terms and close deals
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, etc.) for project execution
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored proposals
- Basic knowledge of IT services (web development, design, etc.) is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling international clients
- Knowledge of freelancing platforms and market trends
- CRM or lead tracking experience
