A results-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong background in the US healthcare/RCM industry . Skilled in building lasting client relationships, conducting doctor calls , handling client follow-ups , and driving revenue growth. Passionate about helping healthcare providers streamline their billing and revenue cycle while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct doctor outreach calls to present billing, coding, AR, and RCM solutions.
  • Handle client calls for requirement gathering, issue resolution, and relationship management.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Present proposals and negotiate contracts with physician groups, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
  • Maintain call logs, pipeline updates, and CRM accuracy.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–5 years’ experience in business development for US healthcare/RCM .
  • Proven success in doctor calls and client calls with US healthcare providers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with US clients.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones .
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and US healthcare standards .
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven professional.
