Business Development Executive (US/UK) – From Lead Generation to Closing Deals

FalconXoft is seeking a some one with proven experience in IT services sales, specializing in Lead Generation to Email Outreach running campaigns, and closes the deal also.

This is a full-time hybrid role with working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM PKT. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving $5,000–$10,000+ in monthly sales and must have strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).

Salary: A fixed basic salary [up to Rs. 100,000PKR during probation] along with a 4–5% commission on each closed sale — not just a one-time commission, but on every recurring payment received for the project.

Note:

  • If required to work from the office, you may leave by 9 - 10:00 PM and complete the remaining tasks from home. [2 days in a week - work from office]

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will deliver sales within the first 30 days, lead international business development efforts in the US and UK markets, execute high-performing outreach email campaigns, and convert qualified leads into long-term clients to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Cold Outreach: Run multi-channel prospecting campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, Apollo.io, and email.

2.⁠ ⁠Lead Conversion: Handle inbound leads from website, referrals, and social platforms.

3.⁠ ⁠Pipeline Management: Track and close opportunities using Salesforce CRM.

4.⁠ ⁠Email Campaigns: Create and optimize campaigns via Mailchimp, SendGrid, and Instantly.

5.⁠ ⁠Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve $5K–$10K+ in monthly sales.

Requirements:

1.⁠ ⁠2–3 years of lead generation & IT [service based] sales experience targeting the US/UK markets.

2.⁠ ⁠Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Snov.io, Salesforce [Must], Mailchimp, SendGrid, and Instantly.

3.⁠ ⁠Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

4.⁠ ⁠Proven ability to close deals through email and meet sales targets.

5.⁠ ⁠Self-driven, detail-oriented, and confident in handling negotiations.

  • Must have own equipment: laptop, stable internet, power backup, and a quiet home workspace.
