Business Development Executive (Wedding & Production Projects)

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Business Development Executive to manage and grow our wedding, event, and production projects at MZ Studio.

Meta-generated leads will be provided by the company. The role will focus on client communication, coordination, and managing the complete process from inquiry to event completion. Continuous coordination is required until the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on Meta leads provided by the company
• Communicate with wedding and event clients professionally
• Maintain coordination from initial inquiry to event completion
• Support internal teams in planning and execution updates
• Maintain CRM records and lead tracking reports
• Ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales
• Experience in events, weddings, media, or creative industry preferred
• Strong communication and client handling skills
• Ability to manage full coordination until project completion
• Professional and responsible attitude
