Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s sales growth. The candidate will actively identify potential clients, present company services, and convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
- Manage and grow business on freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
- Communicate with international clients and understand their project requirements.
- Prepare and submit professional proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate project terms and close deals successfully.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Experience working with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) will be a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of IT services, software development, or digital services.
Working Hours:
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
