Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to business clients in the US market
- Present and promote company services in a clear and professional manner
- Identify, qualify, and record potential business leads accurately
- Schedule follow-up calls and transfer qualified leads to the sales team
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead targets
- Collaborate with team members to refine calling scripts and strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, telesales(preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, persuasive tone
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into leads
- Comfortable working during 6pm-2am
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's or above
