About the Role

We are hiring a dynamic BDE/BDM with hands-on experience selling Digital Marketing services such as SEO, SMO, PPC/Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and full digital growth solutions to international clients. The role requires full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and requirement analysis to proposal creation, negotiation, and successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, Upwork/portals, and online research.
  • Build a qualified pipeline from USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and other global markets.

2. Client Requirement Understanding

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs for SEO, PPC, SMO, social media ads, and content marketing.
  • Analyze business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing packages or custom solutions.

3. Proposal Development & Presentations

  • Prepare tailored proposals, SOWs, pricing plans, and strategy presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal SEO, PPC, and content teams to create accurate project scopes.
  • Conduct online pitches and presentations through Zoom/Google Meet.

4. Sales Closure & Negotiation

  • Manage complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and retainers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

5. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support smooth onboarding with project managers and marketing teams.

6. Market Research & Strategy

  • Stay updated on SEO, PPC, SMO, content marketing trends, and Google algorithm changes.
  • Provide insights to enhance service offerings and improve sales strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–7+ years of international sales experience in Digital Marketing services.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, PPC/Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive).
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage full sales cycles independently.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
