Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identifying relevant projects on platforms such as Freelancer.com, Upwork, Guru, and People Per Hour.
• Proposal Writing: Drafting customized, persuasive proposals that highlight skills to win bids.
• Client Interaction: Communicating with international clients via chat/email to understand requirements.
• Negotiation: Negotiating project rates, terms, and deadlines.
• Portfolio Management: Maintaining, updating, and showcasing company portfolios on bidding portals.

Criteria and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding for IT, web design, or digital marketing services.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Platform Knowledge: Proven familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of web development, app development, or digital marketing to effectively discuss project requirements.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
