Devronix Solutions is hiring dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to handle inbound leads from Dubai and USA markets.
You will be responsible for calling, nurturing, and closing high-value clients for:
- Website Design & Development
- E-commerce Stores
- Mobile Applications
- SEO & Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Branding & UI/UX
This is a results-driven role with strong growth potential and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound leads from Dubai & USA
- Close sales for Web, App, and Digital Marketing services
- Conduct Zoom/Google Meet client presentations
- Prepare and send business proposals & quotations
- Handle online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer & Guru (if required)
- Coordinate with the technical team for project understanding
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years experience in selling digital services
- Strong knowledge of:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- SEO & Paid Ads
- Experience dealing with international clients (USA / UAE preferred)
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Confident in cold calling & closing
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong sales closer (not just lead generator)
- Understands pricing models & project scope
- Experience handling $1,000 – $10,000 projects
- Knows how to upsell and cross-sell services
