Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, and others. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the bidding process effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on various bidding platforms including Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop and execute strategies to win projects and expand our client base.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on business development activities, project status, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 6 years of proven experience in business development or a similar role with a focus on bidding portals.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and present persuasive proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
