ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a driven and target-oriented Client Acquisition Specialist to manage the complete Business Development cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hunting clients, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. This role requires expertise in using LinkedIn, email outreach, and other professional platforms for client acquisition. Please note: we are not working on Upwork, so candidates must demonstrate strong skills in direct client hunting outside freelancing marketplaces.
WORK SETUP
- Position: Business Development Expert - Client Acquisition
- Location: Lahore, Pakistan
- Salary: Upto 100,000 to 170,000
- Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads and hunt potential clients through outbound strategies.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Schedule and lead client meetings to finalize agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Use CRM tools to track pipeline and performance.
- Research prospects and market opportunities to expand client base.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or relevant discipline.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
- Proven track record in lead generation and deal closing.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Smart personality with professional presentation skills.
