We are looking for a Business Development Expert to join our team. This role is specifically for a high-performing "Hunter" with deep experience in the U.S. Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and making appointments with healthcare providers across the United States. This is a high-reward role for an individual who understands the complexities of the U.S. healthcare system and knows how to build trust with medical practice owners and administrators.
Key Responsibilities ∙
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential U.S. clients through cold calling/hot calling, professional networking, and strategic outreach.
Customized Solutions: Understand a practice's pain points (denials, aging AR, credentialing) and present our services as the ultimate solution. ∙
Market Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends in the U.S. healthcare market to refine sales pitches and targeting strategies. ∙
CRM/Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and sales pipelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills ∙
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of direct sales/business development experience in U.S. Medical Billing.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of RCM, HIPAA compliance, and insurance reimbursement processes. ∙
English Fluency: Must have an excellent command of the English language with a neutral or professional accent suitable for U.S.-based communication. ∙
Target Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding marketing quotas in a B2B environment.
Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and persist until the deal is closed.
Experience in U.S. Healthcare is preferred but not necessary.
