Business Development & Growth Intern – Paid (6+ Months)

About UsWe are a fast-growing software house specializing in delivering full-stack development, AI solutions, and cloud-based services. We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is eager to gain real-world experience and grow into a full-time role.This is not a “coffee run” internship—you will work directly with our leadership team, participate in live client interactions, and contribute to strategies that impact our company’s growth.Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and outreach campaigns.
  • Work with the marketing and tech teams to align business goals with product offerings.
  • Learn and help execute lead generation strategies (LinkedIn, email campaigns, Upwork, etc.).
  • Participate in client calls, demos, and follow-ups under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Track and report key metrics for business growth.
  • Collaborate in brainstorming sessions for new business initiatives and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or current enrollment) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • A passion for technology and business development.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRM software is a plus.
