Business Development & Growth Lead Generator

We are looking for ambitious student leaders to act as Campus Managers for our premium Courses. You won’t just be an intern; you will be coordinating your own "Micro-Batch" of students from your college.

The Mission (Your Target): Your primary goal is simple: Form 1 Batch per Month.

• You need to identify and onboard 8 to 10 serious students from your campus who are looking for placement training.
• You are not chasing hundreds of leads. You are looking for a small, exclusive group of 10 peers to join our high-impact mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Talent: Find students in your network (Juniors/Peers) who need coding help or placement prep.
• Batch Formation: Guide these 8-10 students to register for the upcoming monthly cohort.
• Coordinate: Act as the main Point of Contact between your batch and our mentors.
• Hype: Spread awareness about our "Free Weekend Workshops" to filter interested candidates.
