Tech Care is hiring a results-driven Business Development & Growth Manager to lead company growth, improve sales performance, strengthen branding, and oversee daily business operations.
This role reports directly to the CEO and requires strong ownership, leadership, and execution capability,
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall business growth and performance improvement
- Oversee marketing effectiveness and brand consistency
- Monitor and improve sales performance, margins, and conversions
- Coordinate sales, marketing, HR/Admin, and operations teams
- Implement KPIs, tracking systems, and accountability
- Provide clear daily and weekly performance reports to the CEO
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, operations, or growth roles
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and branding
- Leadership mindset with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility
- Qatar market experience preferred
