Business Development & Growth Specialist (USA Market)

Position Overview

Unica Construction Group LLC is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and highly motivated Director of Business Development & Growth to lead our expansion efforts across the United States. This is a senior-level position for a professional with a proven track record of growing businesses, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives on responsibility, and can independently develop and execute growth strategies that contribute directly to the company's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth and expansion strategies across the U.S. market.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, contractors, government agencies, and industry partners.
• Lead initiatives that increase company visibility, market presence, and profitability.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish growth targets and strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities for entering new markets, states, industries, and service sectors.
• Create and present growth plans, performance reports, and business forecasts.
• Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and business agreements.
• Drive organizational growth through innovative thinking and proactive leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Business Growth, Market Expansion, Strategic Partnerships, or a related leadership role in USA.
• Demonstrated success in expanding businesses within the United States market.
• Strong understanding of U.S. business practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional-level English speaking and writing proficiency.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable growth outcomes.
• Experience working with construction, government contracting, infrastructure, commercial services, or related industries is highly preferred.
