Position: Business Development Head

Location: Chimbli, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: 8 - 9 LPA

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 8 - 10 Year's of experience in Industrial sales

*Job Description:*

⦁ Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets

⦁ Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance

⦁ Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence

⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors

⦁ Oversee industrial / B2B sales of mechanical products

⦁ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports

⦁ Coordinate with production, service, and management teams

⦁ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

⦁ Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
