Role – Business Development Head (Websites & Digital Marketing)

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Shift: Day

Experience: 8–15 Years

UPBS Private Limited is seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Head to spearhead our international sales for Website Development & Digital Marketing services. This role requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and sustain global client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve both individual and team monthly revenue targets.
  • Convert international leads through LinkedIn, email, and client calls.
  • Pitch and close deals for SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development services.
  • Oversee international projects and ensure long-term client partnerships.
  • Mentor, train, and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • 8–15 years of proven sales experience in IT/Digital Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and closing skills in the international market.
  • Target-oriented with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
