About the Company
One of the leading and large-scale real estate developers with premium projects in Dholera SIR is expanding its sales team in Ahmedabad.
Open Positions: 1. Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle direct sales for residential / plotted / commercial projects
- Manage walk-in clients, channel partners & leads
- Conduct site visits and project presentations
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and customer follow-ups
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience
- Strong closing skills
- Good communication & negotiation abilities
- Local market knowledge preferred
2. Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage complete sales operations
- Build and train sales team
- Develop channel partner network
- Strategy planning for revenue growth
- Monitor targets & performance metrics
- Coordinate with marketing & management
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 6 years of real estate sales experience
- Team handling experience mandatory
- Strong leadership & strategic planning skills
- Experience in plotted / township sales preferred
