Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and learn how to identify potential customers and industry trends to support sales strategies.
• Perform activities required for client meetings post Practical training and guidance along with required resources.
• Train yourself in assisting the sales team in day-to-day tasks, including data entry, lead generation, and CRM management.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to gather information, address, inquiries, and provide support.
• Contribute to create and update sales materials, presentations, and product documentation.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, taking notes, and assisting in follow-up activities.
• Assist in generating sales reports and analysing sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing any Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English language and local language is recommended.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of sales concepts and principles is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
