We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Intern with a strong interest in IT services and software sales. The intern will work closely with our Sales Head and Project Management team, assisting in client communication, proposal writing, requirement analysis, and lead generation.

This internship is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in Business Development within the software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting proposals, preparing bids, and responding to freelance job postings.
  • Communicate with clients professionally and understand their requirements.
  • Support in closing clients, defining project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth communication.
  • Assist in lead generation, prospect research, and outreach activities.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and follow-up schedules.
  • Prepare detailed case studies, sales reports, and portfolio slides with designers.
  • Monitor analytics on freelance platforms and identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, SE, Marketing, or Business (or currently enrolled).
  • Strong communication skills — especially in English (written & verbal).
  • Good understanding of software development basics (MERN, web & mobile apps is a plus).
  • Ability to write professional emails, proposals, and client messages.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, or LinkedIn sales tools is a plus.
  • Confidence in handling client calls and meetings.
  • Task-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs25,000.00 per month
