Position: Business Development Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹7,500/month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Commission

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Business Development Intern to support our outreach and lead generation efforts across platforms. You’ll work closely with the founder to generate qualified leads through platforms like LinkedIn, communities, and email marketing.

This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in digital business development while working in a lean, high-performance environment.

What You'll Do:

  • 1. Research companies based on defined target criteria
  • 2. Identify relevant decision-makers (Founder, Ops, Commercial, IT, etc.)
  • 3. Maintain clean and structured prospect lists in Google Sheets
  • 4. Send personalized cold emails using approved templates
  • 5. Follow defined outreach cadence (initial email + follow-up)
  • 6. Ensure accuracy in names, company details, and context
  • 7. Send connection requests with short, relevant notes
  • 8. Track acceptances and responses
  • 9. Maintain a professional, non-spammy outreach style
  • 10. Update daily outreach activity in shared trackers
  • 11. Share weekly summary of outreach and responses
  • 12. Flag warm leads for founder follow-up

Who You Are:

  • A self-starter who’s hungry to learn and deliver results
  • Comfortable with online tools like LinkedIn, Canva, and Excel/Sheets
  • Strong written communication skills (English)
  • Curious and proactive mindset with attention to detail
  • Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
