Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Intern who wants to learn how to get clients and build partnerships in a marketing agency. You’ll help with lead generation, basic client communication, market research, and sales support, while getting real hands-on experience in growing a business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, Freelance (fiverr/Upwork), Social media
• Research potential clients and maintain lead databases
• Support senior team members in client outreach and follow-ups
• Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and quotations
• Coordinate meetings and maintain communication records
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Maintain CRM or lead tracking sheets
• Support in onboarding new clients and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates (BBA, Marketing, Business, or related fields)
• Strong communication skills (English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Professional attitude and punctuality
